He is survived by: his wife Yekaterina Rewis (Kate); his sons, Michael and Daniel; his parents, Eddie Raymond Rewis Sr and Lorna Lee Rewis; his sister Martha Ann Daniels; and his nephew Sheldon Ray Napier.
