He is survived by : his siblings, David May (Sandy) and Juanita Butcher; his nieces and nephews, Joey Butcher (Ali), David Butcher (Megan), Amy Roundtree and David James May, II; his friend Randy Griswold; and his daughter Deandrea Annis. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
