With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bernard John Lechner of Clearwater, Florida, born in Evanston, Illinois, who passed away on November 30, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, John Maximillian Lechner and Louise Steiner; his children, Charles (Kathy), John (Judi), James (Dawn), Thomas (Jennifer), Robert (Fara) and Cathy Barnes (Bill); and his stepchildren, Cindy Siders (Mike), Melinda Clark (James) and Jeff Jones (Sandy).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bernard's name to his Aunt's Abbey, Sisters of St. Mary of Oregon, 4440 SW 148th Ave, Beaverton, OR 97078.
