It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Eugene Hays (Clearwater, Florida), born in Decatur, Illinois, who passed away on December 16, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Fred Hays and Anna Hays; his wife Lillian; and his children, Mark (Marianne), Theresa Haengel (Al), Victoria Jacob (Michael), Sandra Moore (Bill) and William Jr. (Laura). He was also cherished by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
