He was predeceased by: his parents, Primitivo Rios and Maria Bellos; and his sibling Lenor Lopez. He is survived by: his wife Juana Rios (Rivera); his children, William Noel Rios, Ramona Ramos and Maria Judy Rios; and his siblings, Carmen Gonzalez and Enilda Herrera. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren & 3 great grandchildren.
