She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Merle, Harriet Kelly, Ernest and Lillian Bregg. She is survived by: her parents, Marvin Kelly and Dorothy Kelly; her husband Mike; her daughter Sierra; her brothers, Steve (Colleen) and John (Becky); her niece Meghan; and her nephew Mitchell.

Memorial donations in memory of Donna may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
