She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Bregg and Lillian Bregg; her daughter Donna; and her siblings, Ruth, Evelyn and Ernest.

She is survived by: her husband Marvin M. Kelly; her sister Gerri Horner (Jack); her sons, Steve Kelly (Colleen) and John Kelly (Becky); and her grandchildren, Meghan Kelly and Mitchell Kelly. She is also survived by friends, was a devoted wife, loving mother, and faithful friend.
