She is survived by: her son Joe Van Riper; her brother Ronnie Powell (Shirley); her daughter-in-law Linda Van Riper; her grandchildren, Chris Van Riper, Steve Young, Sherry Sanderling and Larry Erickson; her great grandchildren, Paige Sanderlin, Dylan Sanderlin, Haley Sanderlin, Emily Kenny, Michael Erickson and Molly Erickson; and her great great grandchildren, Thomas Kenny, Jackson Kenny, Emma Kenny and Andrew Erickson.
