He was predeceased by: his sibling Elizabeth McLeod. He is survived by: his parents, Seward A. Lowe and Mary E. Lowe (Davie); his spouse Norma E. (Washington); his children, Cheryl Cummins of Dedham, Robert W. Lowe of Norwood and Valerie Stivaletta of Montana; his sibling Jeannette Holmes of Milford; his grandchildren, Cynthia D'Antona, Warren Cummins, Tanya O'Brien, Alicia Lowe and Sean Stivaletta; and his great grandchildren, Mason, James Cummins, Guy, Ava D'Antona, Cody and Cameron O'Brien.
