He was predeceased by: his parents, Erma Smart and Wallace Smith; and his stepfather George Smart (Kathleen). He is survived by: his wife Jill; his children, David (Sarah), Chino (Lauran), Tyenna and Bryan (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Keano, Erianna, Keelan, Devon, Keala, Mason, Noah, Paisley, Hayden, Callie, Nia, Tylynn and Jaelena; and his brothers, Bob Smart (Ohio) and Russell Smith (Florida).

Due to Covid 19, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date, time, and location.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Health First Hospice or any charity of choice.
