With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lawrence Edward Correia of Coconut Creek, Florida, born in New Bedford, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 15, 2024 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward F. Correia and Mary A. Correia (Francis); his former life partner Barbara; and his siblings, Kathleen Campbell and Edward Correia.
He is survived by : his wife Lynn Correia; his son Lawrence Correia; his siblings, Steven Correia, Teresa Saab, Eileen Cassidy, Daniel Correia, Dennis Correia and Maureen Ashworth; his stepson David Levin; and his stepgrandchildren, Savannah and Sydney Levin. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
A funeral service was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Star of David Memorial Gardens Cemetery and Funeral Chapel (7701 Bailey Rd, North Lauderdale, FL 33068). A committal service was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Star of David Memorial Gardens Cemetery and Funeral Chapel (7801 Bailey Rd, North Lauderdale, FL 33068).
