It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Frieda Montanti of Coral Springs, Florida, who passed away at the age of 87, on October 17, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ludwig Ossowski and Marianne Ossowski; and her sister Josefa Braasch. She is survived by: her husband Anthony Montanti (Tony); her daughters, Frieda (Steven Goldstein), Lisa (Richard Smolich) and Christine (Denis Kurta); and her grandchildren, Zachary Smolich, Emily (Adam Coverstone), Jacob, Hadara Goldstein, Jennifer and Jessica Kurta. She is also survived by her family, her nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Coral Springs Funeral Home (1420 N University Dr, Coral Springs, FL 33071). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church (1401 Coral Ridge Dr, Coral Springs, FL 33071).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Deborah Heart and Lung Hospital, in care of the funeral home.
