He is survived by: his wife Marie Hay (Davidson); his sisters, Martha Stirk (Gary) and Irene Crady (Terry); his sons, John Frank Hay (Christy) and James Robert Hay (Wendy); and his grandchildren, James Michael (Ashley), Seth Jonathan, Taylor Marie, Madison Leslie, Kobe Ryan, Kylie Nicole and Eli Joseph Hay. He is also survived by cousins, nieces/nephews, and friends.
