He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dr. William and Margaret Kottemann (Eisenman); his wife Cynthia Carper (Cindy); his brothers, Dr. William Kottemann and Brent Kottemann; and his stepsiblings, Barbara Larew, Janet Beal and Mike Winner. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of Life for Bob will be held at a later time, when the Covid threat is over, at Wakulla River Park in St. Marks, Florida.
