He is survived by: his wife Wanda Jean Owens; his daughters, Susan Rodriguez (Juan), Deborah Settle (Allen) and Cynthia Price (Mickey); his siblings, Charles Richard Owens, Jackie Gorsuch (Larry) and Susan Laird (Terry); and his grandchildren, Jessica, Cynthia, Brandon, Christine, Michael, Holly, Brittney and Shane. He is also survived by twenty great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
