He was predeceased by : his former life partner Harriet Wiles Flanigan; and his sisters, Ruth Alice Winsman Frederick, Jean Emily Wetherbee and Fay Carol Dollard. He is survived by : his children, Philip Stuart Flanigan and Stephanie Alice Woods; and his grandchildren, Christopher Stuart Flanigan, Kristin Aileen Cordner Decatur and Geoffrey Michael Cordner. He is also survived by Nine Great Grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
