She was predeceased by: her parents, William C. Dean and Nola Dean; her husband Rev. Harry B.; her siblings, Charles and Eris (Adams); and her son Michael.
She is survived by: her brother Lowell Thomas Dean (Joy) of Gainesville, FL; and her children, Jeannie Aplin (Charles), Don (Cathy) of Holt, FL and Carolyn Rathel (Kenny) of Ponce.
In accordance with Ardis' wishes, it is requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in her memory to the First United Methodist Church of Crestview, FL.
