He is survived by : his wife Erika; his children, Joe McCarthy (Beverly) and Michele Larzelere (Steve); his grandsons, Joshua McCarthy (Kristina), Marcus Larzelere and Matthew Larzelere; and his great grandchildren, Ayden McCarthy and Jackson McCarthy.

The family will welcome guests and friends at 9:30 a.m. Frank's favorite charity was the Catholic Care Center in Crestview (550 Adams Dr, Crestview, FL 32536; 850-682-4032).
