We are sad to announce that on August 25, 2021, at the age of 58, John Mayfield of Crestview, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by : his wife Michelle; his children, Jessica and Kenneth; his parents, Ken Mayfield and Sophie Mayfield; and his siblings, Louis R "Bud" Mayfield, Louis A "Tony" Mayfield, Kathleen Archer and Theresa Turdici. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, and his extended family and friends.

Due to COVID restrictions, Burial with Military Honors, will be private with family & close friends at 2pm on September 1, 2021, at Barrancas National Cemetery in Pensacola.

In Lieu of flowers, John would appreciate donations be made to the Boy Scouts Council in Pensacola and/or Boy Scouts Troop 30 in Crestview, Fl.
