He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Osteen and Jerlene Osteen (Ward); and his son Jeremy Osteen. He is survived by: his wife Martha Sue Osteen (Byrd); his son Michael Osteen (Linda); and his siblings, Billy Osteen (Sandy), Glen Herring, Todd Herring, Pam Faustino (David), Mary Ellen "Muff" Osteen, Pam Edmonds (Larry) and Cathy Block. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
