He is survived by : his wife Ana Rivera; his daughters, Annette Rivera (Edgardo) of Rock Hill, Yvonne Rivera of Charlotte, Johanna Sanchez (Edwin) of Charlotte and Ana Rivera of Charlotte; his grandchildren, Annel, Edgardo Jr. Rivera, Yamillett Rosado, Luis E. Quinones, Genesis Sanchez, Grace Sanchez, Ciara Gomez, Katrina Gomez and Alyanna Barajas; and his sisters, Blanca Garcia and Gloria Santiago. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends.
