He is survived by: his wife Christy; his children, Lisa (Gary) and Duane (TinaMarie); and his grandchildren, Amanda (Bill), Kevin (Tori), Sasha (Josh), Jonathan (Amber), Kelly (Corey), Samantha and Kristy (Morgan).
