She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Phillips and Helen Phillips (Graham); and her husband Richard D. Lewis. She is survived by: her children, Sherry Mahoney (Anthony) of Davenport, FL., Brad Lewis of Deland, FL. and Holly Kazlauskas of Battle Creek; and her sister Kay Duggan of Lakeland, FL.. She is also survived by six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
