She was predeceased by : her parents, Widsul Willie Weeks and Lois Beatrice Blair; her daughter Tammy L. Macklin; and her siblings, Steve Anderson of Oktaha, Oaklahoma, Bruce Anderson of Frost Proof and Melba Owens.

She is survived by : her sons, Leonard Phillips of Westville, FL and Jimmy Batts Jr. of Wauchula, FL; and her sister Kathy Young of Lakeland, FL. She is also survived by seven grand children and eleven great grandchildren.
