In the vast expanse of eternity, Rue shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Rue farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Stewart of DeBary, Florida; his children, Rue Stewart III of DeBary, Florida and Dawn Branch; his son-in-law David Branch; his granddaughters, Danelle Branch and Daelyn Branch of DeBary, Florida; his sister Marie Morris of Durham; his nephews, Roland Morris of Virgina and Travis Morris of Raleigh; his great-niece Lauren Morris; and his cousins, Florence Chambers of New York and Brenda McNeill of New York. He is also survived by friends, extended family.
Viewing will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Community Church (41 W Highbanks Rd, DeBary, FL 32713). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
