It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bertha Mae Hart (Deerfield Beach, Florida), who passed away on February 19, 2018, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Roger Hart; her daughters, Deborah Lowell and Lisa Hicks; her stepdaughter Tracy Snyder; her sons, Bruce and Danny Rubley; her stepson Greg Hart; and her sisters, Sarah Foster and Linda Keown. She is also survived by several grandchildren & great grandchildren.
