He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Albert and Georgia Barefoot Owens; his wife Carolyn Redmon Owens; his daughters, Teresa Crawford (Mark), Shiela Leach (Brent) and Debbie Graham; and his grandchildren, Chad, Brendan, Celby, Tyler, Beth, Bryson, Casey, Heather and Tori. He was also cherished by sixteen great-grandchildren.
