He is survived by: his aunt Adell McLester (Archie); his uncle Alexander Smith (Ruth); his wife Katie J. Smith; his daughters, Trici Holmes (Donald), Dia Washington (Laron), Kendall Campbell (Kali) and Robert Cain, Jr.; his brothers, Carl Lee Smith (Carolyn) of Chicago, IL, Bernard (Beverly) and DeFuniak; his aunt Ruth G. Smith; his niece Carliss Smith of Tampa, FL; and also DeFuniak. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
