She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Porter Atwell and Julia Atwell; her son Sam Alford, Jr.; her sister Joy Blue; her husband Danel Little; and her daughters, Barbara Whitehead (Ronald) and Frances Perry (Cliff). She was also cherished by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
