She is survived by: her husband J. D. Locklear; her children, Jake D. Locklear and Katina Alicia Fountain of DeFuniak Springs, Florida; and her siblings, Ronnie Caruso of Orlando, Larry Caruso of St. Petersburg, Sammy Caruso of Orlando, Florida, Sandra Riley of Wausau and Brenda Lewis of Palm Harbor, Florida. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
