It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Earl Kelley (Defuniak Springs, Florida), born in Elba, Alabama, who passed away on November 13, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thurston and Jewell.
