It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Royce Johnson of Defuniak Springs, Florida, born in Century, Florida, who passed away on December 24, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Johnson and Maude Lillian Johnson; his siblings, Grady Johnson, Mary Webster and Gladys Richardson; and his granddaughters, Trinity Burns and Hannah Mitchem.
He is survived by: his wife Lola Johnson; his children, Christie Burns (Donnie), Debra Laux (Larry), Renee Crawford, Dave Johnson, Timothy Johnson, Rodney Johnson (Frankie) and David Mitchem; his grandchildren, Calob, Destiny, Jared, Shanna, Kila Johnson, Adam, Cheryl Tew, Carrie Griffith, Shawn Crawford and Hunter Mitchem; and his siblings, Howard Johnson, Allen Johnson (Regina), Nyoka Cawthorn, Joyce Blair and Ruby Heisler. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
