He is survived by: his children, Linda Hayes Napper (Larry), Sherrie Hayes Wellman, Wilhelmina Hodgson Anderson (Calvin), Kenneth Hayes and Thurston "Sonny" Hayes (Dea). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
