It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Eloise Foster (Deland, Florida), born in Herrin, Illinois, who passed away on September 7, 2022, at the age of 105, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by : her daughters, Janet Heller, Judy Walts (Ron) and Jackie Miller (Steve); and her nephew Dr. David Heller. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 6 great, great grandchildren.
