He was predeceased by : his parents, Ida Mae Barlow and Reverend Jesse Barlow. He is survived by : his wife Mary Jane; his children, Carole Butler (Scott), Timothy Lowell Barlow (Amy), Terry Barlow and Reverend Stephen (Andrea); his grandchildren, Tristen, Timothy, Megan, Hunter, Evelyn, Madison, Iris, Daphne and Alyse; and his siblings, Joseph Barlow (Ruby), Dan Lowell (Deb), Shirley Sword and Mary Lou Miles (Joey).
