She was predeceased by: her husband Art Veldkamp; and her siblings, Frank Rose, Doris Hollenback and Ethel Beveridge. She is survived by: her siblings, Eileen Cusack and George Rose (Kathy); her daughters, Donna Klein (Joe) and Karen Lee (Chuck); her granddaughters, Isabell, Rachel and Eileen; and her great grandchildren, Olivia and George.
