She is survived by: her sister Clydora Fowler; her children, Karen Freytag and John Freytag III; her granddaughter Emily; her daughter Brenda Freytag-Cook (Rick Cook); her grandsons, Daniel Cook, Anton Cook and TJ Cusatis (Amanda); her great grandchildren, Bentley and Isaac; her granddaughter Melissa Peterson (RJ); and her great grandchild Kolton. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
