He is survived by: his girlfriend Lois Handel; his siblings, James Slack (Stella), Larry Slack (Linda), Blayne Slack, Herman Slack (Lisa), Terry Bill Slack (Annie), David Slack (Karen), Rex Slack, Nancy Spurlin (Cleve), Mary Wheeler (Robert), Linda Gall (Ronnie) and Deborah Slack (Reba); and his children, April Slack and Todd Slack.
