He is survived by: his wife Ellen J. Smith; his brother Jim Smith; his children, Guy Smith, Josh Smith and Holly McIntyre; his stepdaughters, Cristina Gagnon, Tara Tyson and Kimberly Anderson; his cousin Jackie Dicks; and his grandchildren, Ben, Dean, Heather, Meredith, Miranda, Caleb, Dillan, Brandon and Brittany.
