She is survived by : her daughter Mary Thomas; her children-in-law, Hurley Thomas of Winston-Salem, NC and Juanita Schreiber of Crescent Beach; her grandchildren, Edmond H. "Trey" Maltby, III (Carla) of Hastings and Deana Smith; her spouse David Smith of East Palatka; her great grandchildren, Trace Maltby, Aaron Maltby and Harrison Smith; and her great great grandchildren, Grayson Branch and Jade Branch.
