He is survived by : his wife Elizabeth Ortiz of Palatka; his son Elliott, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Emily Ortiz of East Palatka; his sister-in-law Virginia Rios of Kissimmee; his grandchildren, Elliott "Trey" Ortiz III, Daniel Ortiz and Tanner Ortiz; his stepgrandson Landon Fox; and his great grandchild Axel Ortiz.
