Sr. Blevins and Lois Blevins (Grimmett) of East Palatka; his daughters, Laura Blevins of East Palatka and Toni Titus (Ronald) of Daytona Beach; his siblings, James L. Blevins, Jr. of East Palatka and Regina Pieterzak (Steve) of Chicago, IL; his parents-in-law, Randi and Pat Waldrop of Palatka; and his grandchildren, Kyrra Butler, Blair Titus and McKenzie Titus.
