She was predeceased by : her mother Elizabeth Philips. She is survived by : her children, Robin Ziegler (David "Zig") of Palatka and Mason Wells (Mollie) of East Palatka; her siblings, Laura Smith (Danny) of Dalton, GA and Clay Philips (Tedra) of Crescent Beach; her grandchildren, Cole, Riley, Kyla, Scout Ziegler, Paisley and Penelope Wells; and her nephews, Landon (Morgan), Lane Smith, Cade and Trevor Philips.
The family requests in lieu of flowers donations be made to Haven-Roberts Care Center, 6400 St. Johns Ave., Palatka, FL 32177 in memory of Michelle Philips.
