She is survived by : her parents, Carol Martin Allison and Thomas Michael Krupa, Sr.; her children, Emily Eubank, Ryan Eubank and Walker McCarroll; her siblings, Thomas Krupa, Jr., Christine Krupa and Nichole Blum; and her stepfather Jack Blum.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Holly's memory to Roseland United Methodist Church, 12962 Roseland Road, Roseland, FL 32957.
