He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father John H. Manken; his brother John H. Manken Jr.; his grandparents, John E. and Grace D. Manken; his wife Donna Bilger-Manken; his daughter Emily Manken of Fernandina Beach; his stepchildren, Alisha Beasley (TJ) of Sterling Heights, MI and Devin Bilger (Ramie) of Fernandina Beach; his siblings, Joe Manken (Marisol) of Fernandina Beach, Marcy Baker (Ken) of La Conner, WA and Linda Jobe of Sikeston, MO; his mother Svanhild Tefre (Asbjorn) of Bergen, Norway; his granddaughter Lainy Beasley; and his nephew Tor Manken.
