He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Emily Lipscomb (Douglas) of Fleming Island, Brian (Jami) and Frank (Sharon) of Canton, Ohio; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Thomas Lipscomb, Erin and Courtney Fitch; his wife Barbara Eileen Fitch of Fleming Island; and his parents, Albert and Frances.
