He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lamb and Clara Belle Lamb (Byrd); his brothers, William, Bluford and Carl; and his nephew Charles Lamb Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Hilda B; his children, LaVerne Schuyler (Randall) and Bridgett Lamb; his sister Catherine Shade; his grandchildren, Jennifer Schuyler, Dean Schuyler, Charles Lamb III and Ashley Lamb; and his great grandchildren, Layton Schuyler, Ender Lamb, Wallace Lamb, Ashlynn Lamb and Cadeon Lamb.
The family requests, in lieu of flowers donations be made to Hibernia Baptist Church in Charles' memory.
