He is survived by: his children, Anthony Hoover (Nancy), Tamre Hammer, Mark Hoover (Annamarie) and Barry Hoover (Melinda); his grandchildren, Natasha Cranmer, Crystal Hoover, Jessica Sprecher, Dyana Hartley, Kaitlyn Hoover, Taylor Hoover, Hannah Hoover and Clayton Hoover; his great grandchildren, Summer, Savannah, Tanner, Emma, Maggie, Daniel and Lilly; and his great great grandchildren, Paisley, Aliyah and T. J..
