He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Wayne Blue and Georgia Marie Wilhite Blue; and his brother Ronald Keith Blue. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Mathis Blue; his children, Corey Brian Blue (Diane McCowan-Blue) and Shannon Marie Blue-Clark (Sonny White); his brother Lawrence Wayne Blue II; and his grandchildren, Adyson Blue Kellogg, Harper Marie Clark, Ryder William Clark and Shaeffer Malone Clark.
Due to the sensitivity of COVID restrictions, a private service will be held on Thursday, January 14, 2021.
