She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Lemon Spivey and Ora; her grandmother Kelly Spivey; her husband Norman Lee Fuzzell of Coodys Bluff; and her siblings, Roger Lee Spivey, William F. Spivey (Billy), Terry Gray Spivey and Elizabeth Ann Spivey (Lib).
She is survived by: her children, Steven (Shari), Douglas (Judy) and Kelly Ann McFatter; and her siblings, Peggy Lou Spivey Thomas and Rufus Kelly Spivey. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Barbecue Presbyterian Church (124 Barbecue Church Rd, Sanford, NC 27332).
